Cyrus Plummer and the Mutiny onboard the Junior

Join new Library Director Mark Procknik Thursday January 25th at 6:30 at the Old Town Hall as he discusses the 1857 mutiny of the whaleship Junior off the coast of Australia. Cyrus Plummer and the cast of characters involved are certainly noteworthy due to the nature of their bold actions. However, the trial and ensuing public fallout keeps this story alive well after the final verdict and sentencing. The presentation is free of charge to attend and no registration is required.
